One-Sentence Summary: Tension in Time

Mission: A booklet to highlight the journey, mark a milestone in the life of the church, honor the history, celebrate the outgoing leadership, and welcome the future leadership. A commemorative occasion of remembrance.

The Challenge

The tension was in the time. What started as a 4-8 page document quickly grew to 16 pages! We were immediately at risk for printing deliverables, let alone designing, proofing, and production? Sign-off to print did not come until 5:00 pm Thursday evening.

What did success look like?

• The ability to catch the Vision - Clarity of the Mission

• Provide a backup printer - to commit to and produce a finished product in one day?
